Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ick Check ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Ick Check is a mobile application that:

  • Analyzes dating conversation screenshots using AI
  • Provides AI-powered dating coaching
  • Identifies potential red flags in conversations

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You agree to provide accurate information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload content that violates others' privacy without consent
  • Use the service for harassment or stalking
  • Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • Use the service to harm others
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated systems to access the service

Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier

  • Limited number of screenshot analyses
  • Limited AI coach messages

Premium Subscription

  • Unlimited screenshot analyses
  • Unlimited AI coach messages
  • 7-day free trial, then $26.99/month
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Refunds

Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Intellectual Property

  • The App and its content are owned by Ick Check
  • You retain ownership of content you upload
  • By uploading content, you grant us a license to process it for service delivery

AI Disclaimer

Important: AI analysis is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Ick Check does not provide medical diagnoses, therapy, professional relationship counseling, or mental health treatment. We do not guarantee accuracy of AI assessments. Results are opinions generated by AI, not facts.

Your data is processed by Google Gemini. By using the App, you consent to your screenshots and messages being sent to Google's servers for AI analysis.

User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you submit to Ick Check, including screenshots and messages. We do not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for user-submitted content. By uploading content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Termination

  • We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • You may delete your account at any time
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
