How does Ick Check work?

Upload a screenshot of a conversation or type it out, and our AI analyzes it for red flags, green flags, and communication patterns. You can also chat with Mira, your AI dating coach, for personalized advice.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your conversations and screenshots are stored locally on your device, not on our servers. Screenshots are processed in real time and are not stored after analysis. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

What AI does Ick Check use?

Ick Check uses Google Gemini to analyze conversations and power the AI coach. Your data is sent to Google for processing but is not used to train their AI models. You can revoke AI consent at any time in Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptionson your iPhone, find Ick Check, and tap Cancel. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchase?

If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, go to Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases. This will reactivate your subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers and your device. This action cannot be undone.

Is Ick Check a replacement for therapy?

No. Ick Check is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not a substitute for professional relationship counseling, therapy, or mental health services.
